Private anonymous feedback is not shown on public profiles and is intended for the profile owner only.

Private feedback is used for growth and is not part of the public reputation snapshot. SoMira is designed not to show reviewer identity for private-only feedback to the profile owner.

Administrators may need limited access to metadata or content when handling abuse, legal, safety, or moderation issues.

SoMira uses information to run accounts, display profiles, process reviews, reduce abuse, handle disputes, improve product flows, and maintain platform trust.

Product analytics may be used to understand core flows such as account creation, profile creation, review requests, and feedback submission.

Users may delete their account. SoMira may anonymize reviewer identity while preserving valid historical reviews so profile history remains credible.

Moderation and dispute records may be retained for safety, abuse prevention, legal defense, and platform integrity.
